The On Women's Cloudboom Volt delivers race day performance with two layers of pinnacle Helion HF foam providing lightweight and responsive cushioning, and their roller mesh upper, highly breathable and comfortable it features a secure midfoot lockdown for a focused feel. Splitting the two layers of Super Foam, a Speedboard is infused with 15% carbon fibre for a propulsive and efficient gait. The fact that this plate is not as stiff as full carbon plates helps add versatility to the shoe, making it an ideal fast training shoe for elite athletes and PB chasers alike. With a rocker shape (the curve underfoot) placed further towards the back of the shoe than in the marathon distance Cloudboom Strike you get an aggressive feel that is most beneficial over any distance up to half-marathon.
