Pro:Direct Sport offers a 28-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as printed jerseys or embroidered boots, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Place the items in their original box or bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier through the portal and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code for drop-off.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
