You can adjust the arm length to alter the speed of the throw, from 50mph right up to the highest recorded speeds of around 100mph. It’s a great training aid if you want to practise facing a particular type of delivery, with the thrower’s simple mechanics allowing straightforward repetition.

Please note: The RapidArm arrives with only the first adjustment hole pre-drilled. Further guide holes require user drilling with a 3mm drill bit (not included). Make sure to remove the RapidArm’s head from the shaft before drilling
